Faster way to multiply any number with 11-20 using Vedic Mathematics

Its very easy to multiply any number with 11-20

for example

333 * 15 = ?

first write the first digit. ie. 3

then multiply the digit with the unit digit of multiplier and add with the adjacent digit of the multiplicand

(3 * 5) + 3 =18

so 8 is the quotient and 1 is the remainder

1 1 1
3 8 8 5

answer is 3 9 9 5

  1. The answer is 4995, the way I did it was to multiply it by 30 and half the answer đŸ™‚
